Brian Gabriel

Brian Gabriel is Executive Vice President for Partnerships and Market Strategy at Principal Mineral. He brings more than 20 years of experience in defense policy, critical minerals, and supply chain resiliency across government and industry. Prior to Principal Mineral, he led Lockheed Martin’s corporate strategy for critical raw materials and microelectronics. Brian previously served as Deputy CTO for the Department of Defense’s Industrial Base Policy office, supporting critical materials, microelectronics, and munitions capacity expansion investments. He holds degrees from Penn State and Johns Hopkins.
