Dr. Nichols is Chief Technology Officer at Principal Mineral, leading technology development and deployment across critical materials. With over 20 years of international experience, she oversees product design, testing, and the company’s technology strategy. Previously, she served as Chief Sustainability Officer and VP of Innovation at Radius Recycling, where she led sustainability and innovation across 100+ sites, launched a new critical materials recycling business, increased product profitability by up to 30%, and contributed to building a $250 million sustainability portfolio. Earlier, at Alcoa, she managed a $350 million technology and commercialization roadmap. Dr. Nichols serves on the Juniata’s College Board of Trustees.
